Liz came up with a plan using a variety of movements one doesn’t just find on Google. She easily picked up where the problems were and found ways to hit those core muscles I wasn’t engaging.
On race day I had none of the lower back pain I had experienced before and I could feel those non-firing muscles giving substantially more support than before. Liz also corrected some serious form mistakes I was making at CrossFit. That got me lifting more and almost certainly prevented injury.
